Optimum Floorcare was established in 1985 in the same location we are in today (with a few more warehouses). The core of our business is repair. We are the leading repair shop in San Diego for Truckmounts and extractors of all makes and models : Prochem, Hydramaster, Sapphire, White Magic, Steamway, Steam Genie, Big Red, Blueline, Steam Action, Vortex, Chemtex, Century, and we can do factory warranty repairs for most of them.

We also repair polishers of all makes and models : Mercury, Mastercraft, General, Nobles, Clarke, Viper, Advance, NSS, Pioneer, Aztec, SSS, Pacific, Oreck, Regina, Koblenz, Mytee, and once again, do the factory warranty repairs for most of them as well. We also repair and sell parts for the following restoration companies: Dri-eaz, Phoenix, B-Air, Viking ,Xpower, Rebel, Mytee, and yes you guessed it, can handle your warranties for most them as well. Bottom line is, if it’s made to maintain a floor, we can fix it, sell you parts and supplies for it, rent you another one or replace it with a new one. We are all about the equipment. We stock over 6,000 parts so when you need to fix something now, we can get the job done without waiting. We also carry a huge inventory of Supplies, chemicals and Equipment.
